ACHERON FABRICS PREORDER/LAYAWAY/SEZZLE/FLAW POLICIES

Policies & Procedures
Business hours:
Monday - Friday: 9AM-5PM CST
Saturday/Sunday: OFF
**Katlyn Wallace will be present all day on Round open and close**
All fabric is offered as pre-orders. Once they are designed:
  • When the round is open, fabric will be posted on the website, https://acheronfabrics.com/
  • Fabric will be shipped by weight and always shipped at the lowest possible price
  • Any order of a single fabric over 8 yards will be given a discount of 10%
  • Pre-orders take 8-12 weeks AFTER the round closes to get to me.
  • Once the fabric has been delivered to me, I will cut it and send your orders out. This usually take around 2-3 weeks depending on the size of the round.
  • LARGER ROUNDS WILL TAKE LONGER TO PROCESS, AS THEY TAKE LONGER TO PRINT AND LONGER TO CUT
Refund and Return info:
  • Refunds will not be given for pre-orders as you are acknowledging at the time of the purchase that you are aware of the expected 8-12 week print time and added processing time.
  • Any flaw that is smaller than a nickel will not be considered eligible for a refund
  • Any flaws on the white/wrong side of the fabric that does not effect the front of the fabric will not be considered eligible for a refund
  • Any flaws other than those stated above may be eligible for a refund/replacement
  • Any flaws must be reported to myself or an admin within 7 days of arrival to be considered eligible for a refund/replacement, so be sure to inspect your fabric upon arrival!
  • Refunds or replacements will be considered on a case by case basis, and depending on the severity of the flaw, a partial refund or a full refund/replacement may be issued
  • In the event of a flaw you may e-mail us at: AcheronFabrics@gmail.com with your facebook name, order number, and pictures of the flaw within 7 days of receiving your fabric.
  • FABRIC MUST BE RETURNED TO ACHERON FABRIC UNCUT AND UNWASHED PRIOR TO THE REFUND BEING ISSUED
  • No exceptions will be made to this policy
Route Shipping Insurance
  • Route is a shipping insurance that covers if your packages are lost,stolen,or damaged during shipping. (this includes international orders)
  • They charge you 1% of your total at checkout for this insurance (If you want to opt out,just uncheck the box.) Please keep in mind that once the fabric leaves HQ,we will not replace any lost,stolen,or damaged fabric. So, I highly recommend splurging to buy the insurance.
  • After check out you will get an email with a link to file a claim if anything happens to your package.
  • Simple and easy. Refunds are processed within 24 hours.
  • If you want to opt out of this insurance,you can just uncheck the slider in the bottom right side f the cart.
Rolling Bolts
  • Rolling bolt are preorders that are open until a minimum of 50 yards are met.
  • Rolling bolts rotate to the next base as soon as minimums are met.
  • Turn around for rolling bolts are they same as regular preorder (8-12 weeks) except for PUL which takes longer to print and laminate.
  • Rolling bolts are PRINTS ONLY (with the exception of Squish Blanket Toppers)
  • *YOU CAN ALWAYS REQUEST A PRINT BE ADDED TO THE CURRENT ROLLING BOLT*
Layaway/Sezzle
LAYAWAY:
  • Minimum of 5 yards
  • 50% down payment is required at the time of purchase
  • Remaining balance will be due in 3 weeks or when the fabric arrives to us,whichever comes first
  • IF A MEMBER FAILS TO PAY THEIR BALANCE, THEY WILL BE BARRED FROM PARTICIPATING IN ANY FUTURE PRE-ORDERS AND REMOVED FROM THE GROUP
  • Down payments are NONREFUNDABLE

SEZZLE:
  • Sezzle is a free pay as you go program that lets you break up your payments into four small chunks.
  • 25% down is due at the time of purchase with the remaining amount due over the next 4 weeks.
  • There is no interest.

**In case of lost or stolen packages,Acheron Fabrics will not be responsible for the package once it moves to the post office. Unless it is due to our error, no refunds will be given for lost or stolen packages. We will; however, do everything possible to assist with a USPS claim**
