Collection: ACHERON FABRICS PREORDER/LAYAWAY/SEZZLE/FLAW POLICIES

1.) *PRE-ORDERS*
A pre-order is just that. You are pre-purchasing fabric in order to receive the fabric for a cheaper price. Any fabric listed on the pre-order section of the website is currently NOT on hand. The expected turn-around time from the date the round closes is 8-12 weeks, however if a round is large or there are any holidays during that time frame, it may take longer. Refunds will not be given for pre-orders as you are acknowledging at the time of the purchase that you are aware of the expected 8-12 week delivery time. When you check out there will be a note confirming that you are participating in a pre-order, and that you are okay with waiting for the fabric to be delivered.
Updates will be regularly posted so you know where the fabric currently is. There will be a document under files titled “Round Updates,” which will be where all updates for any rounds in progress will be provided. Please PM me or the admins for round updates, ONLY after checking the “Round Updates” file. If the answer is available there, you will be asked to check the file.
2.) *SEZZLE*
Sezzle is an online payment platform that allows you to pay for your order through 4 small installment payments, spread over 6 weeks, rather than paying the full amount at once. Sezzle is 100% secure and does not charge you interest on your payments.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
  • Select Sezzle at checkout.
  • Sign up or login to Sezzle with the bank account you would like to use.
  • Confirm your purchase.
  • Sezzle will schedule automatic payments over six weeks, interest-free.
  • Pay in four equal instalments every two weeks with zero interest.
HOW DO I MANAGE PAYMENT INSTALMENTS?

The first 25% is due at the time of the transaction, but the remaining 75% is due over 3 easy payments scheduled across 6 weeks.
Repayments are automated from your bank account on file and you always have the option of paying off your purchase early by signing into your User Dashboard.
If the balance is paid by the due date, no fees will be incurred.
If your scheduled payment fails to process, you will be charged a $10 failed payment fee.
If you would like to reschedule your payment, the first reschedule is always free, but subsequent rescheduling will cost $5. Rescheduling a payment is limited to a date within the next two weeks.

3.) *LAYAWAY POLICY*
You must have a minimum of 5 yards. 50% down payment is required at the time of purchase, and then the remaining balance will be due in 3 weeks or when the fabric arrives to us,whichever comes first. IF A MEMBER FAILS TO PAY THEIR BALANCE, THEY WILL BE BARRED FROM PARTICIPATING IN ANY FUTURE PRE-ORDERS AND WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE GROUP. The only exception to this will be those who contact me and make arrangements ahead of time. Down payments are NONREFUNDABLE. Code for layaway is: LAYAWAY
4.) *Return/Flaw Policy*
Due to the nature of custom printed fabric and mass production, it is inevitable that there will eventually be a flaw. Any flaw that is smaller than a nickle will not be considered eligible for a refund. Any smudges or holes that are less than 5” from the selvage edge will not be considered a flaw. Any flaws other than those stated above may be eligible for a refund/replacement. Any flaws must be reported to myself or an admin within 7 days of arrival to be considered eligible for a refund/replacement, so be sure to inspect your fabric upon arrival. Refunds or replacements will be considered on a case by case basis, and depending on the severity of the flaw, a partial refund or a full refund/replacement may be issued. FABRIC MUST BE RETURNED TO ACHERON FABRIC’S UNCUT AND UNWASHED PRIOR TO THE REFUND BEING ISSUED. THIS IS THE SAME POLICY THAT MANY ONLINE RETAILERS HAVE. No exceptions will be made to this policy.
*Any Lost/Stolen/Damaged packages are not eligible for a refund. Once it is packed and shipped it is out of our hands. We will however,help in any way we can with postal claims.*
